Cookie Policy
In force from 11 September 2026
1. Who runs this site
This site, allcountries.online, is operated by DESCOBRILANÇA UNIPESSOAL LDA, a company registered in Portugal, NIPC 516940503, with its registered office at Rua 2 da Matinha, Urbanização da Matinha, Lote A, 5D, Armazém J, 1950-073 Lisboa, Portugal. Email team@allcountries.online, telephone +351 910 252 165. The same company is the data controller for everything described here.
2. What this page is for
This page explains what is stored on your device when you visit, what is placed there before you answer the consent banner, what waits for your answer, and how to change your mind later. What happens to personal data after it reaches us is a separate matter and is set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. What a cookie is, and what else counts
A cookie is a small text file a site asks your browser to keep. The same rules apply to local storage and session storage, to tracking pixels, and to scripts that read information from your device. The law looks at what a technology does, not at what it is called, so everything in this page covers all of them.
4. The rule we work by
Article 5 of Lei n.º 41/2004, as amended by Lei n.º 46/2012 (the Portuguese law on privacy in electronic communications), allows storing information on your device, or reading information already there, only after you have been given clear and complete information and have consented. The exception is narrow: files strictly necessary to deliver a service you asked for.
Where consent is the basis, it is consent under article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Article 7(1) puts the burden of proving consent on us. Article 7(3) gives you the right to withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal must be as easy as giving it.
5. What lands on your device before you answer
Three things, and nothing else is intended to:
Core platform files of Wix.com Ltd., which host this site. They keep the page working, hold your language choice across the English, Russian and Portuguese versions of the site, and protect against abusive traffic. These fall under the technical necessity exception.
The consent tool itself, supplied by Usercentrics GmbH. It has to load in order to ask you the question.
If you are already signed in to a member account here, the session file that keeps you signed in.
The record of your answer appears at the moment you answer, not before.
6. What waits for your answer
Everything else. Analytics, any advertising or measurement tool, and any content embedded from another company load only after you have given consent for the matching category.
7. The categories in the settings window
Essential. Cannot be switched off. Page delivery, security, language selection, signed-in sessions, and the record of your own consent.
Functional. Remembers choices you have made so you are not asked twice, and supports features such as member accounts, groups, file sharing and on-site messaging beyond the bare minimum.
Analytical. Counts visits and shows which pages are read, in aggregate. It tells us what to fix, not who you are.
Marketing. Files used to build an audience or to measure advertising.
8. What is actually running here
This is our current knowledge, with an honest confidence level against each statement. Section 9 explains why we phrase it that way.
Wix platform, hosting, security, multilingual delivery. Essential. Confidence high.
Usercentrics GmbH consent management. Essential. Confidence high.
Member accounts, groups, file sharing and site messaging. Essential and functional. Confidence high.
Site forms. There are nine forms on this site that collect personal data. Submitting a form does not require optional files; the form itself works on essential ones. Confidence high.
An Instagram feed. This can work in two ways: the posts pass through Wix servers, in which case your browser never contacts Meta, or the block embeds directly from Instagram, in which case it does. We have not established which mode is active here. Confidence low. Until we have, treat this block as one that may contact Meta.
Analytical measurement supplied through the Wix platform. Likely present and consent-gated. Confidence medium.
Nothing is sold on this site. The catalogue is empty, no payment is taken here, there is no delivery and no paid membership plan. Booking a class or buying a ticket happens on our other sites, allportugalsmartacademy.com and allportugalevent.com, and this page does not describe what those sites store on your device.
One thing you may still see: the platform's shop module is installed, so a basket icon appears in the header. There is nothing in it and nothing to put in it, and it is on its way out. While it is there, it may keep a file in your browser for a basket that stays empty. That file is essential in the technical sense and serves no advertising.
9. What we have not checked, said plainly
No full technical scan of this site has been carried out. That means we cannot publish a verified list of file names, owners and lifetimes, and we will not invent one. The complete, live list is the one shown inside the consent settings window itself, generated from what is actually present.
One more point, and it matters. We require that non-essential files are held back until you answer. We have not verified this by measurement on this site. On another site in our group a marketing pixel was found loading before consent, which is exactly the failure this sentence is meant to guard against. So we state this as a requirement we have set, not as a test we have passed. When the scan is done, this section will say what was found, including anything unwelcome.
10. Who receives data through these files, and where it goes
Wix.com Ltd., as the platform that hosts the site. Usercentrics GmbH, Germany, as the processor that records your consent. Meta, only if the Instagram block turns out to embed directly and only after marketing consent.
Some of these companies process data outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses, under chapter V GDPR. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertising networks.
11. How long the consent record is kept
Three years from the moment you answer. After that the record is deleted and the banner asks again. You can reset it earlier yourself.
12. What happens if you refuse
The site works. Reading pages, finding the venue, contacting us, submitting any of the forms, signing in to your account, and taking part in groups all work with essential files alone. Refusing analytical or marketing files costs you nothing here. If the Instagram block does embed directly, refusing marketing files will leave that block empty; everything around it still works.
13. Changing your mind
Use the cookie settings button in the site footer to reopen the window and change any category. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; note that blocking essential files may stop parts of the site working. Withdrawal applies from the moment you withdraw and does not undo processing that already happened lawfully. You do not need to give a reason.
14. Your rights
Under articles 15 to 22 GDPR you may ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to certain processing. We answer within one month, as article 12(3) requires. The full description of your rights and how we handle requests is in our Privacy Policy. Write to team@allcountries.online.
If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, the Portuguese data protection supervisory authority), www.cnpd.pt.
15. Changes to this page
We update this page before adding any new service that stores or reads data on your device, and again once the technical scan is complete. The date at the top always shows the version in force.
