How can we support children growing up at the intersection of cultures: the native culture of their parents and the culture of the country in which they live? These children create their own unique “third” culture – a special world that we can help them develop and strengthen.

About the event
The Third Culture Children Conference is a unique event dedicated to supporting children and families who live in an intercultural environment, absorbing different traditions and values.
These children have a unique ability to adapt, are open to the world and carry within themselves a diversity of cultures. However, they often face challenges: how to maintain their self-identity, cope with emotional difficulties and grow into a harmonious personality.
The meeting will discuss:
• How moving and intercultural environments affect children's development.
• What are the challenges and benefits of being a third culture kid?
• How parents can help their children find balance and stay confident.
• The impact of moving on children’s health and practical recommendations from specialists.
