Our course is designed for children aged 10 to 15 who want to immerse themselves in the world of interior design and develop their creative abilities.

Over the course of four lessons we will:

• Create unique collages by studying proportions and composition.

• Work with volume, creating mobiles for interior decoration.

• Plan and model space, creating miniature “dream rooms”.

• Show creativity by creating display windows for shops and cafes.

Each lesson includes a theoretical part and an exciting practical part, where your child will be able to apply the acquired knowledge and develop their artistic taste.

The course will help children:

• Develop a sense of harmony and composition.

• Learn to work with materials and space.

• Develop creative thinking and design skills.

Classes are taught by Svetlana Vakhtina - a professional designer with 8 years of experience, mother of two teenagers )))

Course program:

1. Lesson: Collaging, Proportions and Composition

What we do: We learn to create harmonious collages by discussing with children the principles of composition and proportions that are important in interior design.

Objective of the lesson: Developing a sense of harmony, compositional thinking and the ability to work with visual materials.

2. Activity: Making a mobile

What we do: We study how interior decor is created using balance and lightness in the design of the mobile.

Objective of the lesson: To teach children to work with volume, balance and materials to create interior decorations.

3. Activity: Dream Room (Model of a Children's Room)

What we do: We study how to plan space by creating room models and filling them with furniture.

Objective of the lesson: To develop space planning skills and an understanding of how furniture and decor affect the overall atmosphere of a room.

4. Occupation: Shop or cafe window

What we do: We learn how to create creative display cases using volume and decor.

Objective of the lesson: Developing creativity and the ability to work with volume and composition in space.
