What does the course consist of?

Warm-up
A set of safe physical exercises for facial muscles to soften clamps and improve blood flow, as well as facial rejuvenation.

Neurogymnastics
We start the whole nervous system through finger exercises. This increases the speed of thinking and efficiency in all activities, and increases working capacity.

Two-handed drawing
The right and left hemispheres of the brain are switched on at the same time. Two-handed drawing is like meditation, which helps to analyse and evaluate the arising tasks and circumstances from all sides, to make balanced decisions, to find the best ways to achieve your goals.

Anna is an economist, entrepreneur and motivational speaker. Anna Kopylkova graduated from SKOLKOVO business school. Her activity is based on social entrepreneurship - a business that aims to make a contribution to society. For example, MOZGOSHKOLA has become part of the projects of System of Joy, businesses with a high social context. Anna makes a big contribution to charity, including the Vera Foundation. Anna has four children and successfully combines entrepreneurship with her personal and family life.

Anna Ardanova has 4 higher education degrees that provide a unique combination of competences: linguistics, pedagogy, psychology and international jurisprudence. Anna is a PhD candidate, author and presenter of several practical trainings, including communicative, body-oriented and other areas. Anna has 15 scientific publications. Anna is also the author of more than 50 articles on topical psychological and medical topics, the content of which partially formed the basis of the MOZGOSHKOLA approach. Anna Ardanova's expertise in communication technologies is reflected in international certificates - Indiana University, Purdue University, Office of Continuing Education.
Eugenia Druzhkova
Co-author of the course, a psychologist with over 20 years' experience.
Evgenia received two higher education degrees in Psychology at the School of Psychological Mastery of the Centre for Organisation of Training and Retraining of Specialists at PFUR and in Biotechnical and Medical Devices and Systems at MIREA.
In the past, Evgenia Druzhkova was the editor-in-chief of the first Russian website for parents "Healthy Parent" (1996). Evgenia is the author of many articles on psychology and parenting. For several years Evgenia has been engaged in conducting private trainings and coaching on communication and crisis psychology.
Tatiana Barzakovskaya
Course co-author, trainer, philologist, translator, educator and intercultural communication specialist.
Tatiana's experience of working with children spans over 15 years since 1993 and adults since 2009. In addition to higher education in linguistics and intercultural communication (MSLU), Tatyana has a Russian and international MBA in business project management (Master of Business Administration, Otto-von-Guericke-Universitaet Magdeburg and Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration).
